Now that's a challenge. Good for you young lady, I know you'll do great. My challenge is to do 10 minutes of exercise every day this year. So far, so good, haven't missed a day yet.

Today was 45 minutes of cardio and 65+ minutes of upper body work.

My local city challenge this month, on top of walking and yard work, is 15 minutes a day of video workouts, a new one each week. We are on week two now. I had no idea improving my posture would prove to be so strenuous!!

How's everyone doing today? Getting your workouts in? Just keep moving ahead and we'll all make it.

Today was 45 minutes of cardio and 75 minutes of upper body work. I just need to push myself to get a little bit earlier start in the day. I'm procrastinating too much and that's not good. Throws everything off when I do. I'll learn..........eventually.

Hope you're all doing well, moving forward and working out in the yard, or the house, or the gym...it's all good!

PINEAPPLERINGS, there's also the saying "From a tiny spark may burst a mighty flame..." All true. That's what's happening here at SparkPeople. We're scorching it up.

You know the sosng I learned in grade school keeps me motiviated, and I have shared some of the songs on different forums. It reads It only takes a spark. to get a fire going. And soon all those around will warm up with its glowing. Thats how it is with God;s love once you experiened it, You want to tell the whole wide world, you want to pass it on. __I feel that is the same thing one we start something new. It only takes a spark to start yourself on your way, and eventually you will be passing on the knowledge to someone else.
