BIJOUBELLE, That's the right attitude to have. There is always something we can find to do when the weather isn't as good as it should be. Just keep on keepin' on...(Did I just date myself with that phrase?)

Hope all are well and moving forward. Off to the gym for cardio and lower body work. Got to keep the steps over 10,000!

It's so good to see all the GREAT reports and successes! That keeps me encouraged, and it should you too!

Just walk in your home! If you have stairs, include them also! Do a video on SP, just march in place while on the phone, or walk or march in place, while you're watching a TV program. It's only 10 minutes! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Had to make a couple changes, with weather and all. But instead of "oh man, its raining, I guess I won't be walking tonight," I just switched it around to, "well, what can I do inside instead?"

Been a good week so far workout wise. Still haven't missed a day this year. WooHoo for me!

Sounds like everyone is doing great, moving forward and rockin' it. Keep up the awesome work. MYDOG...keep that attitude going; it helps a lot with a positive attitude going forward.

Hello All,

How's everyone doing? Getting your workouts in?

Got in 45 minutes of cardio and 60+ minutes of upper body work today. 3rd day of my new workout routine and I've got to say, I'm loving it...Sorry McDonald's...

Post what you all are doing...it's really motivating hearing how someone can squeeze in 10 minutes of exercise, or change how they do an every day chore to turn it into a workout.

Together we will all achieve our goals...

PURPLEGIRL22, Truer words were never spoken. Any time you can get 10 minutes of walking in, do it! It all adds to the totals and the streak you're achieving. Excellent job to get 500 minutes in 1 week...especially if it's your first. That is awesome!

I got in 45 minutes of cardio and 60+ minutes of lower body work today.

Hope all of you are doing well and keep on posting with your results, what you're doing, how you're progressing on your goals; anything. It keeps us all inspired.

Just to check in - how did week one go?

I actually passed my 500 minutes this week! I am still learning to balance a full work day with my exercise. I have to learn that exercise doesn't just happen in the gym. I can do SP videos and just walk.
