I've done very well this week and lost a few pounds so far. Weekends are tough for me but I'm hoping to keep up the good work and not blow all my progress in two days.

I walked 15 minutes today! I thought that was a good start! I usually do more than that! I'm having a few problems with my Son right now! We are trying to work things out! I think we're about there! He lives in Las Vegas and I come here every Winter for 5 month. I"ve lost
fifty seven pounds in two years! emoticon
