Yes, we all can do it. Waiting to see some others post their workout results.

Today I got 41 minutes of cardio and body weight exercise in.

Sounds like all of you are doing great. I got in 89 minutes at home today. Still not 100% so I'm not going to the gym; which I'm starting to miss believe it or not. Hoping before the weekend whatever this minor bug is I'll be feeling well enough to venture out.

DELLMEL, Walking 2 + hours a day is amazing. It really is!

And OKGOATGAL, to be running again must make you feel like you're achieving one of your goals. But if it's hurting maybe you should take some more time off? Has a Dr. cleared you to run? Just wondering since something like that can play havoc with future goals.

For me today it was just 30 minutes of cardio. Had to cut everything short.

Hope all of you are doing well and moving forward.

Mixing it up every day, just about! Ran yesterday for the third time since I sprained foot ligaments in September. Still hurts but I'm getting there. :)
Also did weight machines for upper body. LOVE IT!
