Ok, week one challenge for me is to take BART to work every day. This ensures two (count 'me -TWO!) 10 minute walks from the train to my office and back. Monday, Wednesday andFriday are yoga days. Tuesday's and Thursday's are (gulp!) cardio days. Saturday, I'll have a 10 minutes walk to my hair appointment in the city and back to BART. Sunday, I will be doing yoga.
