over the weekend I did much more than 10 minutes -yay! Today I've some in and will get the rest in after work. today is the last day of week 1 for me. Hoping for a little loss this week. I'm feeling good no matter what!

Hi All,

Hope all of you are hitting your goals and moving forward. Are you? Post them and let us know.

Today was 45 minutes of cardio and 30+ minutes of upper body work.

My goal that I reached and didn't realize it was this week I had to buy a new pair of pants and they were a 38. May not sound like much, but when I joined Spark I was wearing a 44 and they were snug. So that was a hidden goal I didn't even realize I'd achieved. I knew my clothes were getting looser, but that made me smile...a lot!

WAY TO GO DEBBICZ: A BIG "WOOHOO" for you! I'm sure you'll make your goals for this week and continue on strong. Keep up toe good work and do post often...it inspires everyone.

I got in 45 minutes of cardio and 65+ minutes of upper body work. So glad to be back in the gym finally.

Yesterday, when I started, got 10 minutes of recumbent bike and 20 minutes strength. Today I got 10 minutes walking of sorts and will get more in later. This is my week one goal and making it so far!

Today I got 45 minutes of cardio and 45+ minutes of lower body work in. Yesterday was 45 minutes of cardio and 50+ minutes of upper body work, so I'm O.K. with those numbers. Still not up to your level though DELL...

Today I got 90 minutes of exercise in so I'm going back to the gym tomorrow. Grateful for that.

You're doing fantastic. Just walking 2 miles is something probably 90% of the population doesn't do. And walking around like you are at work is like a double-benefit. Get paid to work out. How Sweet! You just keep going and the rest of the workouts will come...be patient...

I am doing better than I thought I would on the walking end. No I have not yet managed a total of 10 minutes straight of working out. I have managed at least 2 miles of walking every day. Making myself get up often and do a lap around the production area is helping a great deal!

Day 1, I walked 2.5 total miles yesterday. Not 10 min at one time, but way more than I normally do in a day. I have a desk job, so usually sit all day. Made multiple trips to our production area on purpose instead of making one trip.

You'll be surprised how you can get those 10 minutes in before you know it. Walking in place while watching tv s, gardening, dvd's that are 10 minutes in length.... emoticon

My main goal for week one will be to work out at least 10 minutes for 5 - 6 days.
Get into a routine and make this a habit.
My second goal is to mindful of what I am eating and how much.
