Fitness: 30 minutes of aerobics daily
30 minutes of strength training every other day.
Nutrition: Less than 1500 calories and 50 grams of fat per day.
Water: AT LEAST 64 ounces per day.

My week 1 is off to a fantastic start. All week I've done "Walk Away the Pounds" each day plus alternate days of C25K and strengthening. Now, thanks to THIS challenge, I've added 10 minutes of Nicole's exercise videos...I'm getting really close to 500 calories per day in exercise!

AND I'M LOSING WEIGHT!! WooHooo
