I too had a rotator cuff injury from a ski fall years ago. It took about 9 months to get my range of motion completely back, but it's fine now. You'll be back good as new in no time at all! Go for it! emoticon

I joined the challenges to help stay on track; 10-minutes of exercise is better than NO EXERCISE AT ALL. I'm currently undergoing physical therapy for rotator cuff repair, but I'm progressing! I'm now at the isometrics stage and will be back 100% before I know it! My goal is to do 10-minute abdominal exercises daily.
