My goal is to do something exercise wise everyday this week!! And to try to do more than 10 minutes!

I want to exercise at least a little bit each day, but I usually only manage it 4 or 5 days each week. I need something to motivate me to do SOMETHING -- at least 10 minutes worth -- EVERY day. I'd like to develop a varied exercise routine, but for now, I'd settle for even just a 10-minute walk each day!

So for week 1, my goal is simple: 10 minutes exercise each day, minimum.

Keep looking forward. The BEST is yet to come!

Way to go!!! Ryanjess1,I have been walking on my 30 min lunch everyday and if I'm able to I walk after supper and try and get some cardio in to.

My goal is to make it a habit to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. It is tough with working full time and then coming home. After the drive home, I just want to relax.. But with the weather breaking, I should be able to get outside and take my dog for more walks and also do a lot of yard work.

I'm in! My goals are absolutely to fit in 10 minutes of exercise daily....hopefully more. :) I want to have more energy to keep up with my 5 year old and this should get me pointed in the right direction.

Count me in. My goal is to notice opportunities to be active and take them. My goal is to also choose opportunities that I can accomplish. I want to make activity a habit, a way of thinking throughout my day. I think maybe the "exercise" word is like the "diet" word. I want a healthy active lifestyle.

I am have two more days to go in week one and it has been enlightening. I'm learning what a ten minute workout feels like and realizing that I can usually make time for even more. Can't wait to say I've worked out every day for a week. It may be the first time ever.

Hi Everyone!

My Goals Are:

1.) Get in at least 10-15 mins of heart pumping activity daily
2.) Walk at least one to three miles daily
3.) Eat less than 1600 calories daily
4.) Reduce my level of stress
5.) Reduce my intake of sodium, I have hypertension

I had to postpone starting this after I joined due to an ankle injury. I hope I am able to now start week 1 and will it still be okay to catch up from here?

My goal is to do 10 minutes of activity everyday, whether it is going for a walk, using the Wii or dancing around to my favorite music.
