I already exercise for 20-40 min a day so..it would be easy to say "sure" to 10 min ..but.....after work i tend to be a couch potato so I'm looking to add 10 min after work each day...preferably outside (weather permitting)

My goal is to walk for at least 10 min per day and to eat around 1500 calories per day.
I started again yesterday- 4/5/11. I ate 1528 cal and walked for 18 min. emoticon
This is my second time trying. I am an emotional eater, so it is very difficult (as alot of you know too). But, I feel confident I can do it this time as meditation is really helping. Thank God I am back on track! I hope the same for all of you too!

My beginning goal is just to walk every day. Whether it be outside or inside on the treadmill. Ideally for 30 minutes but I'm okay with starting at 10 minutes if that's what it takes!

I just need a habit... today my husband said he was going to work out with me. We were doing laps in the pool, before the 7 minute mark he stopped. What impressed me is that I kept going! I hit 13 minutes! I was so proud! :)

I am proving to myself that I can do this! FOR ME!! :)

My goal is to do anything that I consider fun and new. I really want to try out a new video at least 3 times this week since I do netflix instant play. today was bootcamp work out...which was hard but fun!

There's few things you control in life, one thing you can control is what you eat and when you work out. I now have full control over that.

I have been very lacking on time lately and have fallen way off of the wagon. So I want to commit to at least 10 min of exercise every day to build myself back up. I want to lose the weight that I have gained over the past few months and get back into running again.

I have been feeling kind of blah about working out lately. So I really want to do this challenge to get myself motivated again because working out is so important. I want to do 10-30 minute work outs everyday. Even if it's just a walk or dancing. I just want to stay active that way I keep my mind on the prize.

There's few things you control in life, one thing you can control is what you eat and when you work out. I now have full control over that.

I want to follow a regular exercise plan that includes 30 minutes of activity 5-7 days/week. But at a minimum I want to have 10 minutes of activity each day.

I desire consistent activity. I will continue with my water fitness class (3 times a week min.), but I will now have activity on the weekends. With the water fitness classes and weight loss, I am hoping to restart my training for an upcoming half marathon. I have been sidelined due to problems with feet and ankle.

Also, activity does make me feel and sleep better.

My goal is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. And to view exercise the same way as I do brushing my teeth. I would never go a day without brushing my teeth, and I shouldn't go a day without exercising either.

OK, I've been a member of this team for awhile, so I guess it's time to actually start working on the streak! :)

My goal is simply to make exercise a habit. I start off saying will exercise 10 minutes a day, but it's not long before I convince myself that if I can do 10, then I should do 30, and if I can do 30, then I should... And before you know it, I am overwhelmed before I even start.

So my ultimate goal is to be A.O.K. with just 10 minutes (if I do more, excellent! But no pressure!). Bonus goals I hope to pick up along the way: 1) running a sub-10-minute mile (no walking), 2) losing 1 lb per week, 3) making swimming a part of my regular routine this spring/summer.

I have been on sparkpeople for a couples of years and I keep falling off the wagon. I have gained more weight than when I first started. My goals are to work out for at least 10 mins per day, walk for at least 20 mins per day, do 5 strengthening exercises per day. I also am making sure I eat breakfast everyday.

I am hoping to accomplish getting a routine going so I dont keep falling off wagon.

I have been having trouble working out due to pregnancy issues, and at 28 weeks am lightheaded from exertion, so my goal is to do 15 minutes of prenatal yoga, 20 kegels, and march in place for 2 minutes for the first week. If I do not feel up to that, I will just do the yoga, since it is gentle. I would like to increase this amount up to delivery, if all goes well.
