Hi everyone! I re-started my weightloss journey in January because I had gained back 20lbs of the 40 I lost two years ago. I also changed my birth control which caused my weight to spike 10lbs. With all these challenges I knew it was time to get serious. Since January I've been exercising 3-6 times a week, got my portions under control, and kept calories under 2000 calories a day, and none of it is working!!!! I've been stuck at 193lbs for over a month! I just bought a Jillian Michaels workout video to step up my workout and I've just joined this group to keep myself accountable. So my goals are to exercise a minimum of 10 min a day, minimum of 6 days a week and 5 minutes of strength training and abs everyday. My long term goal is to lose 30lbs in at least 4 months. Short term, I want to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. Time to step it up and it git 'er done!!!!!

I have been in so much pain due to chronic pain with issues throughout my body, that even 30-45 minutes of exercise just mentally wears me out. My goal is to go back to "baby steps" and to stop beating myself up at this difficult time in my life. emoticon

With my wedding in 20 days, my goal this week is to walk around the office building ... it takes 12 min to walk around the entire building. Part of that goal is to get it down to 10 minutes.

I would like to be consistent with my workouts. 10 mins a day is a drop of a hat, so I need to get off the couch and do it!! I have done a daily challenge workout in the past 2 months to the Biggest Loser dved 30 day jumpstart. It starts out with daily 10min workouts in the first week and then progresses. I Can Do It.!

My goal is 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and 10 minutes on the other 2. I also want to do at least 10 minutes of strength training 3 times a week working up to 30 minutes by the end of the month.

My goal for week one is to walk or do ST for at least 10 minutes a day. I recently had surgery so I can't do cardio (other than walking) or core ST but I won't let that stop me from doing what I can do!

My goal for week one is just to be consistent. I will work out at least 10 minutes every day, in addition to my usual routine.

Sun, Tues, Thurs, I strength train.
I try to be conscious of what I eat every day.
I always get at least 90 minutes of cardio a week.

I'm starting this challenge on a Friday because I've enjoyed following along with the 10 minute exercise videos before and this way I can get exercise in and learn and earn (a special trophy) at the same time. Woohoo!

My goal is to develop some serious consistency
and move about regularly - am just too good at sitting about and want to change that bad habit for life. For the moment I want to do either a ten-minute walk or, in bad weather, 10 minutes on the exercise every morning followed by either one part of Coach Nicole's DVD or a workout from the Spark Resources. I hope to do more than that but if I can stick to that REGULARLY to begin with I will be very happy.

My goal for just today is 10 minutes of walking. I have to work til 5 and then I travel to my parents' house which is two hours this evening. They have a treadmill so I will fit in those ten minutes. That is probably all I have the energy for.

Today is my first day of this challenge. I already set a goal for myself to do the C25K challenge that I started this week. So for this challenge my main goal is to add in cardio every day of the week, not just Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when I am doing my 5k training.

I already do more than 10 minutes of both aerobic and strength training but would like to make it more regular, at specific times, in specific ways. I want to walk at least 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week and 10 minutes of strength training 3 days a week.

Since I'm usually already doing 10 minutes of exercise daily, I'd like to change it into 20+ aerobic exercise five days a week. Another one is not spend so much time on the computer. Use that time to workout instead!

my goal is to sneak in more walks. On Tuesday, I parked in a convenient-to-drive-to parking spot that meant I had to walk further to my office. I walked to the grocery store last night. My vacuum cleaner and I are going to spend time together later on today.

My goal starting today is to take that 10 and turn it into thin. Start out with a 10 minute walk in sunshine today. Then by feeling so good of starting my day with that walk to drink plenty of water. I plan to snow ball that 10 by making healthy choices of what to eat along the way. Wow! Look for where I will be in 10 weeks.

I liked this challenge because I either go all or nothing with exercise. If I don't have the "time" to get in a good run or spend an hour in the gym I just don't do it. But then I find myself with "extra" time - maybe 10-20 minutes where I sit watch tv (as opposed to moving and doing the same thing) or read a book, play on the computer, etc. This challenge reminds me that even 10 minutes a day is better than nothing. . . so off to 10 minutes a day to get the blood going. . even if I can't get in that long run/exercise at the gym, etc.

My goal is to do the 10 minutes or more each day as I am able to. I enjoy the 10 minute workouts alot in the morning before breakfast. I want to tone my belly up more and burn more of those calories.

My goal is to do a minimum of 10 minutes/day to start and gradually work up to 20 minutes/day every day. At present my preferred cardio is the stationary bike and moderately paced walking; I also plan to work on strength training to firm up my muscles.
