I'm restarting this challenge because I've really gotten off track on my health journey. My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of exercise at least 5 days per week, including at least one strength training session during the week. I need to build back up to a regular routine!

My first goal is to have at least 10 minutes ofexercise ( other than walking) each day.
My second goal is to walk at least 4 miles a day on at least 4 days a week.
MY thrid goal is to log all of my food at least 6 days a week.

I will exercise for at least 10 minutes daily, at least 5 days a week. I will walk for at least 60 minutes per day and walk at least 10,000 steps per day. I will also keep working on my State of Slim program as I start Phase 2 on Monday.

My goal is to walk for 10 (outside) or 15 minutes (treadmill) each day. I just hate taking it slow. I want change NOW! But, I know it took time to get like this and it will take time to get back into shape.

I work at a large hospital and work in an area on the back side. I am walking from the back around the front side of the hospital on my breaks. my plan is to do that at least twice a day.

Right after I set up my goal - life got in the way. I am just back from a very relaxing vacation and ready to start again as of 6/28/15. My goal is the same - to start with 5 minutes on the stationary bike (to warm up my knees) and then to walk 10 - 15 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week while watching TV in the evening.

Get back into the habit of moving more during my day and getting my walk in after work.

10 minutes a day.

I've been exercising about 4 days a week. I'm committing to a daily 10 minute fitness burst. It may be 10 minutes of stretching, this will count! I'm aiming for balance, cardio, strength, and flexibility. I want to be strong! 👍

Yesterday I almost didn't walk because I felt lazy but I did it anyways and after 20 mins in, I pushed myself to go another 10 mins and I'm so glad I did. Also got over 5000 steps (5279) for the day (most of it from walking). I need to be more active instead of sitting for long periods of time. Day 5 here I come!
