I joined this challenge so I will become more consistent when it comes to exercising.

I rode my stationary bike for 33 minutes today.

What better day to start than day 1 of the month?? I'm restarting this challenge and my goal is to do 10 minutes every day for 31 days.

I am restarting this challenge and it will go hand in hand with the holiday challenge I started. Starting to day I plan on posting some kind of exercise activity outside of what I normally do.
Today was day 1 and I did a Gilad total body scuplt + video.

what if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday.

My goal is to workout for 10 minutes when I get up each morning, which will be a real challenge for me. I would like this to become part of my normal routine/life to help me lose the few pounds I've gained, and to help me feel better in general. I'm starting in the morning with Coach Nicole's New YOU Bootcamp: 10 Minute Kickboxing Workout Video. I've done this workout regularly in the past, but have, unfortunately, gotten away from exercise...till now.

Challenge goal: Exercise for 10 minute per day. Complete the challenge instead of dropping out.

I've been unofficially on the team for some time now, doing my ten minutes each day. It's easy when a person has dogs in the family, because the daily walk is a neccessity!! It's always nice when something you "have" to do is something good for you that you enjoy and look forward to!!!

I'm starting today and I want to at least do 10 minutes a day each morning. I want to do lots of different types of workouts but they'll all be at home - so I want to surely work on strength and for as long as it won't snow on running too

Perform an exercise to increase my abdominal muscles 3 time per week

Practice Tai Chi stretching for 10 minutes a day

Do Yoga stretching in the AM and PM for 10 minutes a day
