My goal is to get at least 10 minutes of exercise 6 days per week. I have started out by walking one mile each weekday (takes me about 20 min) and two miles at least one day over the weekend. I would like to lose 2 lbs per week.

I have done great with exercising this week. At least 120 minutes of fitness every day. I can't say the same about my eating- I have been eating a lot of sweets the past three days. I wish my MIL would stop bringing that stuff to my house because I surely don't keep it here. Today is a new day and I am getting ready to take my 25 minute walk to start my day! Blessings to all. We can do it!

Started walking on June 8th. For one week I walked 411 minutes and burned 1731 calories. I plan on walking briskly every day.

My challenge goal is to walk every day. I plan to walk in the evenings at the park with my son and if the weather is poor, I'll walk in doors with Walk Away the Pounds. Here we go!

I have completed this challenge before, but am choosing it as my current goal because even though I have been exercising, I have not been consistently doing at least 10 minutes of GOOD exercise. I guess any exercise for 10 minutes is good, but I feel like I need to really make the intention to exercise rather than searching my brain for what I did during the day (like did I walk 10 minutes when going to the store today!). You know? I have been relying on my 5K training but that is not everyday and it is a slow train with only 3 days a week, so I need to increase my exercise and increase the variety!

Week one was a bust. But I am on it in week two.

7000 calorie differential each 6 days = 2 pounds lost at a time. That is my short term goal.
3 phases
PHASE 1: 50 pounds lost by 10/31/17 = ACHIEVED 11/4/17

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes a day and on most days do more than that. I am going to move my exercise bike into my bedroom (out of storage) and set it up so when I get home late, I can exercise in my room. I am also purchasing a cheap pedometer and parking up the street from my work so I can walk to and from my car. Gotta get moving!

Hello - I just joined this group today. I am looking to make sure I take time for myself and exercise in some way everyday.

I tend to be very busy and put myself last but I need to exercise so today I did some yoga and ab work - it always surprises me how much exercising makes me smile :)
