My goal is to do 10 mins each day doing some form of strength training or toning exercises. I have an ab machine so I will either do that or use bands or weights each day. In addition to trying to do my 6000 steps everyday!

Tomorrow is never promised. Make every day count.

Getting back on track to be a healthier me! My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of cardio everyday, even on cross-fit days. Even a simple 10 minute walk around the warehouse at work is better than nothing right. Let's go team :)

My goals:

Drink at least 6 glasses of water
Move for at least 10 minutes a day
Cut back on sweets
Add more fruits and veggies

ok been with sp for a while.. lost weight then lost my way.
This time I have started very slow and am making the change in my head.

by the end of this challenge my goal is to have exercise time as a normal part of my day.
this time I am doing it the SP way..

1st day 20 minutes treadmill

I joined this challenge to motivate myself with exercising. I want to be pushed to exercise every day for this challenge, with the goal of continuing on afterward. I am committing to the intense sweat program on Just Dance 2. That will push me to do even more than the 10 minutes each day. emoticon

The goals that I have set for myself is to drink at least 8 cups of water each day, eat healthy within my recommended range and to exercise each day. If I cannot get to the gym on a day than I will do video's here. I want to do at least 10 minutes of exercise each day except if I go to the gym where I will do at least 45 minutes. I am trying to start small so I do not get burned out.

I joined a year ago - and "fell off" not long after. My knee hurt when I exercised, so I limited it. In June of 2013, I had surgery for a torn miniscus. And while doing an exercise with 2# weights, I developed tendonitis: or so I thought. Actually, I had a torn rotator cuff and my bicep was not attached.(the doctor said I had injured it a while ago, but the exercise brought it to the forefront: a good thing! So, 26 days ago, I had surgery for that.I am limited when it comes to upper body exercises for a while. But I have written down my plan and have begun it FOR REAL today. 10 minutes a day to start; although today I did 15 on my recumbent bike. And my husband bought a treadmill for me. Today we are working out together: he on the elliptical and me on the treadmill or bike. I plan to buy the spark tracker.
I have a different mindset now. And it feels great!

Cinch by the inch....hard by the yard!

If not now .... when?

My goal is to make exercise a habit of my daily routine. I have been working at this for some time but this challenge will help me to stay on course and mark progress. I will aim for 30 mins of exercise daily. My exercise varies between walking, gazelle, elliptical; and includes strength training using a doorknob exerciser and stretches. I am also on the plank challenge but have pretty much maxed out on that. AJ

LOVELYLJS When i dont want to exercise I make myself just walk in place a few minutes. I can do that while waiting for something to cook while i watch it. Then maybe a few minutes later if I am watching the weather forecast. Then my 10 minutes is up or i may go longer.
Watching a Youtube music video of songs i like helps and i can walk to that or exercise or dance with it. Its not as boring. Also I like the exercise videos on here and if I am really tired there are some chair exercises. Just do it at your own level but put in the time- most i have seen is anywhere from 7 to 12 minutes. Also the exercise of the day I go to and if I dont like it, i choose one of my favorites. There's a long list of demonstrations how to do them .This all works pretty good for a person who hates to exercise

My goal is the 10 minute exercise, but I've been so excited since I found the15 minute mile video on Leslie Sansone's website, that I'm doing it twice a day and have talked my husband into doing it too. I'm even going to try to get in some 3 minute walks here at work. emoticon

My goal is to become consistent in my work outs. I recently began work outs at Curves and have found it easy to work out at Curves for 4 days of the week...but on the days I can't go to Curves....I flounder at exercise. And I have so many excuses...No room for a work out, no ambition, no privacy and so on and so forth. My goal is to get over my excuses and find ways to work out on these off days for at least 10 minutes. Any suggestions would be helpful and welcome.

Just joined. My biggest challenge is exercising at all. I sit at a desk all day, and come home mentally exhausted. Since I don't exercise at all, joining the 10 minute a day group seemed like the best place to start. I got my first 10 minutes in this morning. Yeah!

Biggest goal for me is to get back into my healthy eating habits, abandon soda (except on occasions as a treat,) and keep my workout habits. No matter how tired I get from the day, I have to force myself to get up and get in at least a minimum amount of time.

Hi. I just rejoined after a tumultuous 5 years. I am just starting up again and making a lifestyle change. This means portion control, healthy eating, starting exercise for 10 minutes per day and getting healthier. Not just losing weight but maintaining a good weight. This is for life, not just for a short period of time. emoticon

God wants us to serve Him. Faith in God & Christ. Our bodies are our temples to God, and when we treat our temples with love and nuturing, God will reward us as we reward ourselves with a better and healthier lifestyle!

I'm going to be doing 10mins on the stationary bike. I was doing this and everything else got in the way. I told my family NO! I'm doing this, No more excuses!

Hello everyone. My goal is start small but get moving. I don't want to scare myself away from getting fit this time. I plan to add 5-10 minutes of activity every week and not just start with unrealistic goals. I also am focusing on eating healthy and portion control.

My goal is to do cardio OR strength training for AT LEAST 10 minutes each day! Like, an actual 10 minutes in a row workout, not just the walking I get done throughout the day .

NORMALLY...On MOST days I have no problem getting at least 10 minutes of fitness in, other days like today and most of this week however...all bets are OFF! So I do a bit at a time on good days on other days, I look at my pedometer and that is my exercise! I have joined a gym, my orientation is tomorrow I will walk to and from, that is 4 1/2 miles round trip so I should get in 10 minutes tomorrow! I need this badly for days I work both of my jobs. I KNOW I can exercise in 10 minute sections! I did today, but on my breaks and lunch I sit on my butt! So this is a good challenge for me! emoticon

I am trying to do some type of exercise every day. Some days it is only the 30 day plank challenge. Other days I add in cardio. Most of the time I like weight bearing exercises. I find they are really my friend.
