I commit to doing 10 minutes a day, regardless!!!

Week 1 Day 1
Today I've done 5 minutes of marching... let's see what else I can come up with!
25 MIN LATER... Ok.. I came up with an 18 minute video... so that's 23 minutes... well over the daily 10 commitment! :) Thanks for motivating me to do a bit more each time!

Week 1 Day 2
10 minutes marching in place + 15 minutes strength training!

Week 1 Day 3
5 minutes marching in place + 15 minutes strength training :)

Week 1 Day 4
7 minutes marching in place + 15 minutes strength training :)

Week 1 Day 5
35 minutes walking + 15 minutes strength training :)

Week 1 Day 6
50 min waling + 15 min strength training!

Week 1 Day 7
1 hour walking!!!! emoticon + 5 min marching and 15 min strength training!!!

My goal for now...10 minutes of any exercise, which is 10 minutes more than I'm doing now! I've got 2 dogs who need walking, a dusty elliptical in the basement, and shoulder and back PT exercises that I should be doing. It's a start in the right direction-developing a HABIT of daily exercise!

My goal is to get up in the morning and walk the dog (German Shepherd). The exercise will be good for both of us. emoticon

I walked the dog today in the afternoon but the heat was terrible, so I need to get moving early in the morning.

My goal is to at least do ten minutes of any exercise everyday even if I feel too tired because ten minutes is not much and it may even help me to feel more energized when I am run down.

I'm going to walk...and either do 10min on the treadmill or just go out and walk in the neighborhood. If I do not get up and do it...I cannot trust myself to do it later - excuses come up everytime.

I want to see the results by July 1 - 1month/4wks! I hopefully can be out in a bathing suit.

Just finished my workouts Dizzy. I got 45 minutes in for my cardio workouts with my Zumba routine(s), 3 minutes tummy tucks for my 60 second challenge and who knows what I'll do tonight yet. :) Total of 48 minutes and I've exceeded my monthly goal of 1200 totalling 1227!!!!

27 minutes over. Whew! I didn't think I'd do it!

10 minutes is 10 minutes more than what I have been doing. My goal for this week is to do a 10 minute walk with the boys each day and then also play the damn Zumba game on the Xbox every day. That thing kicks my butt, but it will be a fun thing to do with the boys.

I can do anything I put my mind to. The problem is keeping my mind focused. This time, I'll use a cattle prod if necessary!

MY Goal
To do at least 10 minutes of daily exercise everyday!

This includes three fun activities a week with my son (3 yrs) and/or daughter (11 months). I am including swimming, playing soccer in the park, trail walking with the stroller, mall walking with the stroller. Walking the steps at work or whatever else I can come up with.

My goal is to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. By the end of this challenge I want to be exercising at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. My biggest hurdle is consistency. I start off good but then tend to fall off the wagon, but this time I'm hoping to keep with it. This is my first week for the challenge but last week I got in my 5 days of 30 minutes, (more most days) so I want to just keep at it.

05.29.12 - 45 Minutes Bible time (not counted in exercise # but tracked for 5 Minute Outside Challenge & 10 minutes - cleaning out car (from having moved out of my office at work and back in to home office) - 1 Minute crunches and bridges, 40 minutes aerobic dance

You can add another 10 minutes to this. I went up and down the stairs at least 8 times or more moving my office stuff back into my home office.

My main goal for this challenge is to continue to work on staying consistent with my exercise. I have been doing pretty good with pushing myself, but having this accountability is sometimes that extra push I need on those days I just don't feel like it and may otherwise be inclined to talk myself out of it.

I need to learn consistency. I've already completed this challenge once but have been wishy washy since it started getting warm here. I'm working my way to getting up earlier so that I can work in consistent exercise.

Hello again. I'm really not totally technology challenged (no...REALLY I'm not...), but I just realized today that I needed to start tracking a streak for this challenge. Apparently it just sets it for today's date, not for my actual start date? So, do I miss out on three days of baby step exercises? I guess I'll find out.

Even though it's hotter than blazes here right now, it feels good to get outdoors, walk, and sweat.

Well, way to go Quinn! That's a great way to start!

For those of you I haven't been able to write to (due to work constraints), I hope you'll understand. I'll catch up as quickly as I can.

But let's all keep up the good work! Go succeed with your goals by doing the 10 minute challenge!

Well, I had a rough day and didn't get started on my routine until late tonight. I did, however, get my 60 Second Challenge in by sitting in a chair, working, doing alternate tummy tucks (or crunches as they're known here) and then butt tightening (bridges as they're called here). Did it for 2 minutes and then did strengthening exercises for 11 minutes thus giving me a total of 13 minutes.

Tomorrow will be a better day!

I'll connect with you all then! ;)
