My goal is to start back to exercise slowly after an ankle injury has had me on the couch (non-weight bearing) for over a month. I have been given the doctor's clearance and am starting PT, so 10 minutes a day specifically doing something with my bad ankle is my goal!

My goal is to get back to exercising regularly after being sedentary for over 5 years, so I set up two spark streaks to get me going and keep me motivated..

I already walk between 20 to 30 minutes a day but I wll be starting college classes in a week for the summer and I need this because it might be hard to get in my normal 20 to 30 minutes per day. Plus I plan on implimenting some other exercises into this 10 minutes so to see what that does.

My goal is to walk at least 10 minutes per day. I started this morning by setting my alarm earlier, so I could take a walk before breakfast. At work, I took an afternoon break and turned it into a walk. After work, I took the dog for a walk - she was thrilled. Altogether, I squeezed in 88 minutes of walking. If I had tried to walk for 88 minutes I could never have found the time, but doing it a little at a time really worked. That will be my strategy for this week!

This is exactly what I've been looking for! Motivation! I can only get to the gym a couple times a week and it's not cutting it. I'm going to do 3-4 home workouts - thinking kettle bells a couple of days, and stationary bike another day or two. And I want to do a 20 minute walk at least 3 days a week in addition. I look forward to seeing everyone's progress for inspiration!

I am starting to walk on my break at work and hopefully walking 10 mins up 30 on days I don't go to Zumba. So far Zumba has only been once a week and hopefully I can work up to 3 days. Thanks.

In addition to my weekly Tai Ch, yoga and two Zumba classes I need to make time to do muscle strengthening and Somatic movement exercises 10 minutes every other day.
Wishing everyone tenacity!

To do my regular exercises, but to add fun workouts throughout the day. Especially if my regular workout gets interrupted which is happening more lately due to schedule change.

What I have been trying to do is to exercise for about an hour (walking and/or recumbent bike), on Saturdays and Sundays when I have more time and two 20 minute walks/recumbent bike rides during the week on the evenings when it is most convenient for me. On the other nights, I do about 10 minutes of high energy dancing to fun music.

Other than when I was sick last weekend, I've been consistent. I've also been trying to do really short strength training activities in the morning to get started with that, but that has moved to the evening sometimes when I just couldn't get it together in the morning. Having that combination of commitment and flexibility/self-compassion/realistic expectations has been working for me so far (about two weeks). I hope I can keep it up!

I have actually worked up to doing 30 minutes of exercise a day. But I want to add 3 days of strength training to develop muscle. emoticon

I am beginning my week one today - Sat. March 24. I am on a personal plank challenge which I will work into my strength training days.

Week one goal met. Had three sessions of my plank challenge.

Committing to 10 minutes of cardio/day, I feel like I am ready to make this commitment and move forward little by little. I have lost half of my initial weight loss goal so far, track all meals and exercise, and try really hard to keep calories in check. Having some issue trying to figure out where my calorie intake should be. Excited for this new challenge!

I would like to exercise at least 10 minutes per day to develop the habit of exercise first, which has been my stumbling block in the past. Once I develop the habit of regular exercise, I will increase the time for most days, and keep it at ten for the remaining days. Tonight I danced to upbeat music I love for 10 minutes.

I just joined this challenge this evening. My goal is to walk at least 15 minutes per day. Down my road and back...it is about 1/2 the length of a regular city block. As it is dark now and there are no street lights out here I will walk in the morning after everyone has gone to work..one lane road, don't want to get run over!! LOL

I joined this challenge because I have been trying to become more active. Any type of motivation is good motivation in my opinion. So here I am :) My main goal is to walk at least (hopefully more) 10 minutes per day. I am also setting a goal of completing a 30-Day Plank Challenge. I have started it in the past but I have never actually completed it.

My goal is to walk the dogs for at least 10 minutes. Once they've done something for a few days they expect it every day so will carry on until it happens and they usually will want a longer walk which will encourage me to walk more then 10 minutes. I will also do a plank for 1 1/2 minutes a day.

My goal for the first week of this challenge is to stop making excuses for not exercising. Between being day-care givers for our 30-month-old granddaughter and being an active volunteer with my (Anglican) church, our days are full. One of my plans is to get Aria to “help” me exercise.

I usually get a couple of minutes in every morning with a Tai Chi form, but then my good intentions get sidetracked by my workload.

So, to get this done, I will require myself to do another couple of minutes before noon, and then I can finish the last 5 minutes at home with stretches or weights or cardio, as I see fit.

My goal is to do 10 minutes of walking on the treadmill a day. I also want to get back to my classes at the Wellness Center when the temps warm up a little in the mornings. With my asthma i don't go out until the temp reaches at least 50. And that's in Fl.

My goal is to get in at least 10 minutes of fitness everyday! Most days will be much more than that, but I want the accountability to get it in everyday. I focus on walking/jogging, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight, and step aerobics and high step ups.

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of intentional exercise/increased physical activity a day. Just trying to give myself an additional motivator and form of accountability to help me reach my other weight-loss, fitness and running goals. :)

On those days I'm not at the gym or running I want to, at the very least, walk for 10 minutes. Maybe play soccer with my dog for 10 minutes.
Do SOMETHING for at least 10 minutes so that every day I hit that for a minimum

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday. I use to do at least 30-45 minutes at least 5 days a week but over the last year I have not done much at all due to starting a new job and letting it go by the wayside. I am hoping the baby steps of 10 minutes will get exercise back into my life consistently and that I am able to work my way up to the level I use to be at. Though I am just starting this challenge, I have already begun and been successful for 7 out of 8 days and I had forgotten how good it feels when I exercise. The 10 minutes (which is all I've managed yet to do) is really making a difference!!

Dealing with heart issues and have a job where I sit at the computer all day. My goal is to get in 10 mins (or more) but a min of 10 minutes EVERY day and increase my steps to a MINIMUM of 5,000/day. I need to get my stamina back and not give into the feeling life will never be the same.

-To take transportation back home and to walk 30 mins to the 1st bus stop. Instead of taking Uber.
