Thanks for setting up the challenge Ramy. I am also realizing that I let my life be too busy to take care of myself. I totally gained 5 pounds on vacation and now am so disappointed in myself. So - my challenge is (again) to log on to Spark and LOG MY FOOD! That is always such an eye opener!

Well, I can tell you what I DIDN'T do and that was exercise every day! Between being a mom and wife and doing my internship, I'm surprised I had time to make dinner! So, after being laid off for two years then doing my internship 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, I'm exhausted! However, I did managed to walk over 10,000 steps every day and that's something to be proud of.

I also learned that leading a team challenge is definitely a challenge in itself and getting people to participate is like herding cats! :-) I'm not discouraged, I will try it again but I need to get a little more organized with my time first so I can participate a little more.

I also learned that eating right and not exercising still results in weight loss, just not as quickly. That's okay tho, because slow and steady is more healthy anyway!

Thanks to everyone who tried this challenge out! I really appreciate the participation!!

Entering my food at the beginning of the day is very helpful!

Water has become a habit again - YAY me!

Now to make regular exercise a habit........

I've enjoyed your challenges. You've had a good variety. Thanks

I have taken my exercise up a notch. Earned more spark points than I have in a long time. That was good because it made me read more informative articles.

I have started entering what I am going to eat before I eat. After breakfast I am entering what I am going to eat for the entire day. It is easier to make adjustments ahead of time instead of wishing I had done something different.
