Aw, that happens. I went up a pound a few days ago too. We just have to shove it back down again. Focus on eating well and doing your walk-about challenge. Have you taken measurements lately? Do you see any non-scale victories? Any clothes fitting differently? Sometimes the scale betrays us, but there are other changes that go past the numbers.

What do you eat? Have you tried the South Beach Diet? I have done it many times and I swear it works quickly. It is the boost I always need to get motivated again. I just need to remember that bread is ALWAYS the enemy.

You are still kicking my butt! I am pretty darn sure my St. Patty's day goal is impossible. That's alright though; shoot for the stars, eh?

I was starting to feel like I can't make my goals because I have been too sick to exercise and I am lying around getting fat, but you know what? I have just decided that it is BS! I WILL get well this week and I WILL make my goals!!! NO more sick! Bring on health and exercise!!!!
