MADE THIS RECIPE OVER TO FIT IN MY DIET
1/2 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
2 TEASPOONS DARK BROWN SUGAR (HAS FEWER CALORIES)
1/2 TEASPOON PURE VANILLA EXTRACT (THE BEST IF YOU CAN FIND IT IS MEXICAN VANILLA IT IS PURE AND BETTER TO USE IN RECIPES)
1/8 TEASPOON BALCK PEEPER
3 LARGE JUST RIPE PEACHES HALVED AND CUT OUT SEEDS
2 TEASPOONS CANOLA OIL
2 TEASPOONS UNSLATED BUTTER, MELTED
6 SCOOPS LOW FAT VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT (AND MAKE SURE IT IS PURE YOGURT SOME COMPANY'S SAY IT IS FRZEN YOGURT BUT IT CANTAINS ICE CREAM IN IT BRING UP THE CAOLORIE COUNT.

In a small sauce pan bring the vingar and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until reduced by half and slightly sryupy, about ten minutes. Stir in the vanilla and black pepper and set aside.
Heat a grill to medium heat. Brush cut side of the peaches with the conala oil and cook cut side down until nicely marked by the grill about 2 to 3 minutes. Give peaches a quarter turn and grill 1 to 2 more minutes more for crosshatch msrks. Flip over snD brush tops with the melted butter. Grill cut sides up until tender.

Arrange a peach half in each of 6 serving dishes snd top with a small scoop of frozen yougurt. Drizzle the syrup.
