Hi!!
I am readin your book!! I am enjoying it and understanding it!! But where you say to picture a healthy member of your family-well I do not remember any of my family being that healthy! My Mom was a small woman(short petite, tiny)! I am not! I am 5ft5 and right now 192! My maternal Grandmother was short and wide! My paternal Grandmother was tall and heavy (I guess healthy)! I have one Aunt who is 101 but I do not remember her as younger woman! I am I over thinking this? What is the answer? Thanks Susan!!! emoticon

thanks,lisa will try to incorporate meditation with my yoga each morning!

Indian standard Time!Now 54 yrs old.Had a Sleeve Gastrectomy and like most of us who have had this survey-it is a welcome surgery and ,howeer a radical lifestyle change-in diet,exercise,evrything.Weight is down by 20 kilos.That is a whole new me but I need to lose a couple of 5 more kilose hopefully due to newly diagnosed psoriatic arthritis.Well here's to all of us ,everybody!I am on a new challenge that
involves decorating the using SPARKPAGE DECORATING & VOTING CONTEST thread as shown.by

Your diary looks amazing! You certainly have made some wonderful progress.

I don't think you need to make any changes in your diary at all, but after reading all of your posts I wonder if you have a daily meditation practice. If not, I think it would be extremely helpful for you, because a large number of your challenges and intentions have to do with staying calm and centered. I think meditation each morning before you start your day would be tremendously helpful.

You go, girl!!!

Have been noticing some good changes in behaviour since i started but can you look in my diary and see if i have to make any changes,please?
