I'm an incredible positive. It is impossible for me to be negative. Today I'm posting on my Spark Teams. I'm not a writer so I know I neglect posting. I've lost 15 lbs. on Spark People and am feeling better everyday. I'm working on Xmas presents for my family. This year I'm making jewelry. I will give Xmas earings to all the girls after Thanksgiving dinner. It is kind of a tradition for me to give them something.

Indian standard Time!Now 54 yrs old.Had a Sleeve Gastrectomy and like most of us who have had this survey-it is a welcome surgery and ,howeer a radical lifestyle change-in diet,exercise,evrything.Weight is down by 20 kilos.That is a whole new me but I need to lose a couple of 5 more kilose hopefully due to newly diagnosed psoriatic arthritis.Well here's to all of us ,everybody!I am on a new challenge that
involves decorating the using SPARKPAGE DECORATING & VOTING CONTEST thread as shown.by

Challenges-to control food binges and live naturally
Intention-I will control my food binges and live as natural as possible
Triumphs-I did my exercises as usual today
Epiphany-none as yet
Current conditions-clear day outside,I started as a happy person,am a little worried now as my husband is moody-always struggles re: money
my fibro and DM seem better!
Daily thanksgiving-I am happy to be able to have Diabetes controlled and able to move with min of pain.

Challenge-To handle food binging and exercising
Intentions-I will strive to control my food binge-giving myself a taste of healthy sweets and reduce fatty food
Also will exercise and get more flexible.
Triumphs-am slowly getting better at exercises and even yoga.
Makeover-nothing special yet but will help myself by not letting to hurt me today.
epiphany-have learnt that i eat out of anger,boredom and loneliness or stress,have learnt thatI need to control these issues.Current cond-am in a bleak mood ,very hot and humid outside.

I know that it can be kind of confusing to figure out what to do here, since all you have to work from is the introduction to the Diary. Unless you have a copy in front of you, you might not know what to do. So, first, go ahead and read the intro (the first sticky post in this forum) and then come back here.

Done reading the intro? Okay. Next, copy and paste what is below into your own thread in this forum, with your name as the title. I'm going to post mine as an example, in a separate thread.

NOTE: THE DIARY ITSELF HAS A FEW MORE COMPONENTS THAN THESE FOUR, BUT THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS ARE THE BASIC FOUNDATION FOR WORKING THE SHAPE SHIFTING METHOD.

Challenges: Post here what you're feeling challenged by today.

Intentions: Turn that challenge around into a positive statement about your intention to overcome it.

Triumphs: Just like it sounds, post something really great that you've accomplished today, even if it's something small. Focus on the positive! Hopefully, your Triumph will be that you've overcome a Challenge!

Makeovers: Post something nice that you've done for yourself, whether it's big or small ... anything can be a makeover, as long as you've changed something about your life for the better in a way that makes you feel good about yourself.
