looking forward to that 10 minute workout game - but also planning to work MFC and EAS More more into my regimen. Need to rest my right arm some on Gold's - the forearm stays sore from my punches (but not the left strangely). That's my May plan and to keep walking ;-) and get outside more!

i forget what i did the last few days i could look it up. i know a little wii, recumbent bike, just walking yesterday. i haven't been doing as much wii lately. I think i got a little burnt out with it so i needed to change it up a little.

ok I fell off the recording wagon - altho I was doing most of my usual stuff - especially Wii Gold's Gym and WiiFit+ and also my walking steps recorded by pedometer. It was a busy month - but I am ready for May - what are we doing?
I did 20 minutes Golds yesterday and 15 minutes recorded walking. Forgot pedometer at home till about 4pm. 4/24 30 mins recumbent bike, wanted to get to wii but didn't have time 4/23 20 mins recumbent bike 10 mins walking (yesterday killed me i had over 10,000 steps my body isn't ready) 4/22 recumbent bike 55 mins 9.9 miles it was a virtual race i tried. also walked at the beach. 4/21 walk it out 40 mins 4/20 walk it out 30 mins 4/19 still feeling crappy - sauna, steps, 15 mins recumbent 4/18 escape your shape 4/17 escape your shape, walking, shopping 4/16 just steps around the house, felt awful 4/15 50 mins escape your shape workout... 4/14 60 mins escape your shape workout 4/13 treadmill 30 mins 4/12 treadmill 30 mins 4/11 house cleaning (didn't get anything else done) 4/10 just walking had a busy day - legs hurting to much from stair challenge. i need to keep this in my challenge but have to figure away to get others to do it with me. 4/9 walking at peabody museum, stairs 4/8 8 mins my fitness coach the setup killed me, small stairs challenge, 20 min recumbent bike. 4/7 15 just dance, 17 mins treadmill and stairs 4/6 30 mins wiifit, stairs challenge 4/5 recumbent bike, trampoline and stairs (challenge in BLC) 4/4 walking/gardening 4/3 30 hike in the woods 4/2 2 hours walking/hiking looking for geocaches (at an old mental hospital turned walking trails such a cool place) 4/1 17 mins treadmill, 20 min SP resistance band workout micki

what is MFC? escape your shape is not a wii game. but what you do is 10-20 mins cardio then you do some stretching, bike 3 mins, upper, bike 3 mins, lower/core bike 3 mins and than cool down for 3 mins. it kicked my butt.

haven't heard of that one - sounds like I don't need to. I got the MFC this week and can only hang 15 minutes right now. My asthma kicks my behind! I did jumping jacks to test the heart rate - could only do one of the 2 minutes. *sigh* But I keep pushing everything to get better. Right now focusing on the Gold's Gym. Getting EASports More Workouts this week. Enjoying so many and trying to mix them up and keep my body guessing LOL

i'm here, really i am. for some reason i stopped getting the emails guess i missed clicking on the email one day. i've been feeling crappy for a few days so been taking it easy. Ok today back to wii. escape your shape was to hard on my body. i'll still do some of the weights and such but i'm not going to work out that hard for an hour now.. so today i'm going to do wii fit island ride or walk it out and then go do the weights and 3 mins on bike. inless after the wii i'm feeling bad. been achy and sore throat. but wii is up today.

4/15 I fell the other day onto a tile floor jarring my back pretty well. Yesterday was an EASA rest day. I tried today but It hurt so I stopped and did only 5 songs of Just Dance -about 15 min.

i need to get back to my wii... things have been kinda hectic. i was going to do tennis this afternoon but got sucked into a book i'm reading. escape your shape. i'm going to try this program, says i'm a spoon shape so cardio is good for me guess why i'm responding to a lot of the cardio on wii.

that's how it's been for me for ages losing and gaining the same 5-10 lbs and then sometimes gaining more. i got the gowearfit and it's helping a lot more. but it forces me to track my food which i really hate doing...
i did get the myfitnesscoach the first one. everyone told me it was much better than the 2nd. micki

Well, I only took the one day off, I didn't take yesterday off too, like I wanted to. I weighed in yesterday and the scale has gone UP a pound. Huffffff! That's the pound I lost the week before. That's all I do, a little up, a little down, a little up, a little down. So frustrating. I'm tired of the roller coaster!! My back has been having spasms, so I don't know what I'll be doing today, just gotta see how it is.

i've accomplished nothing weight wise - and barely making it out of a slump - the new Gold's Gym helps - but after 3 days my arm hurts so I need to rest that. I.ve done a lot of work and seem to be marking time. But, I'm like on the top of a slide - I need to keep going over slide back to somewhere I don't want to re-visit. I keep telling me if I just do 10 minutes ... and hopefully it leads to another. Hoping we get past this!

i understand that feeling. i'm going through that myself. i know i have to keep going diet alone will not lose this weight.
my legs are killing me from the stair challenge and i couldn't even finish my fitness coach (just got it) because the pain in my leg. ugh... i didn't get as many steps yesterday either. i want to do at least 6000 didn't even get 5000. just one of those days. is there something you could do to help you out of the funk, ssomething different? hugs.. micki

Our house is built on the side of a hill, and we have to go up a flight of stairs, turn and up a short flight to get into the house! There's no ground level entrance. It's killer on grocery day! Here is April's Challenge. You may recognize it from March's challenge!! It's all about having variety in the games used, so our bodies don't get used to the same exercises all the time.
Use at least 3 different games per week. Try for 30 minutes each session. Try to do this at least 5 days each week. Tell us which game was used, and what activity it was that was done (if it's a game that has many choices like Wii Fit Plus). The idea is just to not keep using the same game, day after day... switch it up to at least 3 different games throughout the week. If you can, try for 30 mins each day, 5 or 6 days a week. But if you do less, no biggie, at least you did SOMETHING! Also, you can break it up and do different things to bring it up to 30 mins if you would like. It doesn't have to be one game for the whole 30 mins. The name of the game is variety!!
