My range will be under 50 total carbs per day, and under 1700 calories per day. I will be tracking on sparks food tracker. My personal goal is to get in 10 - 8 oz. glasses of water per day.

So its a month until Valentine's Day... Let the tracking begin :)

So the challenge for the month is to track everyday, be within your range of choice (carbs, calories, points, etc) , and then set one goal of your choice. Total points possible each day 15. (5 for each goal completed).
