I would like to lose 1 lb per week. Since this is my first weigh in a while, I may lose more the 1st week but I'd like to even out with 1 lb loss per week minimum. This is serious!


03/31:251=+1/6.5

03/03: 253 = -1.5/4.5

I'm aiming to be below 250 by April 1st

03/30: 266.0 Wow - -2.4 lbs for the quarter. Guess it could be worse - it could be a gain.

Set a goal of a percent loss - pound loss - or just weigh in with us - If you are weighing in on a different day than Monday just change your dates to reflect or post it in the appropriate week.
