I am focused on making my dinner meal healthy and no heavy deserts along with making weekends planned and healthy. I tend to keep up planning for Mon-Fri during the day and then go home and just do "whatever". That part of my day is going to change this month.

I decided to give up potato chips for the month of September. Right now I am on day 6.
