What I hope to accomplish from this month:

Weigh-in on 9/2: 224
Sept 2 weekly goal: Get in more exercise
How I did: Managed to exercise 6 days out of 7 and twice at the gym


Sept 9: 223.6 (-0.4)
Sept 9 weekly goal: To keep up the exercise and stay out of the junk food
How I did:

Sept 16:224.2 (+0.6)
Sept 16 weekly goal: Get rid of any junk food or food that is bad for me
How I did: Still working on the food aspect, got the exercise down.

Sept 23: 220.6 (-3.6)
Sept 23 weekly goal: Keep doing what I'm doing, eating right and exercising
How I did: Had a successful week, now to keep going.

FINAL WEIGH-IN 9/30: 217.8 (-6.2)

How I did over-all: I did great. Just need to keep doing what I'm doing.

I reached Onederland on February 17, 2014

July 1, 2014 I want to weigh 180 (the same weight I was in 1985 at high school graduation).

Sept 2nd: No weighin

Sept 9th: 240
Goal for week: Plan out and keep to dinner plan. Have at least 1 smoothie/Juice per day.
Didn't do either of these due to not feeling well. Ugh.

Sept 16: 239.9
Goal for week: Walk for 15 min at least 4 times.

WELCOME FALL!! Let's get some good solid work done before the holidays!

What I hope to accomplish from this month: I want to fit into some small size cloths. I can't afford to purchase much right now and I have some things that will fit well. I also want to be more focused on health and just feeling better.

Weigh-in on 9/2: 245
Sept 2 weekly goal: journal, try some new snacks, exercise, post daily
How I did: I know I did not get the exercise I needed because of the problems with my sinus and chest congestion. I ate fairly well. I could do better in this area. I did post most days and journaled most days and that is an improvement.


Sept 9:245
Sept 9 weekly goal: get formal exercise in each day. It doesn't have to be a great deal of time but I want to keep active and get that formal exercise in, not just here and there. I also am challenging myself to continue posting most days and journaling food.
How I did: I did really well on all fronts. I journaled, posted each day, got in some exercise and most of all stayed away from random eating. I was focused on healthy snacks instead of things that my body doesn't like.

Sept 16: 244
Sept 16 weekly goal: this week I'm going to continue journaling my food each day, get in at least 3 days of cardio and 2-3 of some kind of ST. Even if it's just 10 minutes in the am and 10 in the pm. I'm shoot for the consistency. I'm also going to continue to post here every day and work on those night and weekend plans. That helped last week.
