FORMAT FOR AUGUST

July 29: 274.6

August 5: 277.4 (+2.8) [weigh in 2Aug] following trip to Ohio for family reunion. Too many off program foods and no real workouts from Friday 26Jul- Weds 31Aug. Started 30 day challenge of exercise on 1Aug...
August 5 weekly goal: stick with my 30 day challenge and try to be more productive at work

August 12: 274.8 (-2.6)
August 12 weekly goal:

August 19: 274 (-0.8)
August 19 weekly goal: exercise daily... finish out the month strong!

August 26: 272 (-2) for a total of 24 off since Dec 8, 2012. Lots of ups and downs from Dec 2012-May 2013... started Spark coach in June and tracking calories... since June I've dropped 19lbs!!!
August 26 weekly goal: keep tracking calories, get back to planning out menu and continue to do a daily workout of some kind. Try jogging?

FORMAT FOR AUGUST

July 29: 231.2

August 5: 226.8 (-4.4)
August 5 weekly goal: water and exercise

August 12: 229.0 (+2.2)
August 12 weekly goal: minimum 8 glasses of water, one hour exercise

August 19: 227.4 (-1.6)
August 19 weekly goal: Only exercised a couple of days so get back to at least 5 days of exercise and more water. Didn't drink alot of water on the weekend.

August 26: (227.8) (+0.4)
August 26 weekly goal: Continue to eat properly, exercise and drink lots of water.

July 1, 2014 I want to weigh 180 (the same weight I was in 1985 at high school graduation).

July 5 weekly goal: keep going with more exercise, continuing to eat mostly fruits, veggies and a source of protein. How I did: pretty good until the weekend where I let the festivities of the wedding take over my brain and I ate a little too much stuff I don't usually including high calorie breakfast stuff. Mostly, good and I feel good about the direction.

8/12 W/I: 245
8/12 weekly goal: more exercise, keep posting to thread and journaling. Keep doing what works, one day at a time.

Sept 2: 245. I'm happy with that and am going to use that number to catapolt into the 230s by Sept 30th. It's a challenge and a stretch for me and I'm going to get that going!
