July 1: 285.6 (WW weight on June 28th)
July 1 weekly goal: continue with Spark Coach and set up my meal plans in my nutrition tracker a week ahead of time. Print shopping list and stay on plan with eating right and working out.

July 8: 284.8 ( -0.8 ) [WW weigh in July 5th]
July 8 weekly goal: continue to keep my calories btwn 1200- 1800 and work out 5x a week.

July 15: 280.6 ( -4.2) [WW weigh in July 12] emoticon
July 15 weekly goal: keep calories under 2000/ day with right food group combinations; continue workouts daily as much as possible

July 22: 279 (-1.6) [WW weigh in July 19] FINALLY out of the 280's!!!!!!!!!!!
July 22 weekly goal: Keep calories under 2000, keep working out 5 x per week (or more)

July 29: 274.6 (-4.4) [WW weigh in July 24th] Unbelievable!! Weighed in 2 days early due to going out of town. Tracking calories is really making the difference!
July 29 weekly goal:

July 1: 250.8 (June 29th)
July 1 weekly goal: Stay under 250 carbs and meet personal carb goal at least 3x this week

July 8: 241.6 (July 6) down 9.2. Met last weeks goal. Big loss may be due to being a bit dehydrated.
July 8 weekly goal: 8 glasses of water each day and meet Carb goal 3x this week

July 15:241.7 Maintained. Didn't meet my goal as I didn't I only tracked 2 days that came under my limit. The last 2 days I haven't tracked.
July 15 weekly goal: 80oz of water per day and meet carb goal 3x this week

July 22: 241.4
July 22 weekly goal: Try to stay sane and not give in to cravings

July 29: 241.8 up from my midweek weighin...ugh oh well... can't complain down 9lbs for the month

July 1:249
July 1 weekly goal: get my mojo back! Get back to journaling, both food and exercise. Post daily, and in general a direct focus to my health and weight loss.

July 8: 247 (-2)
July 8 weekly goal: Doing well food wise, just need to work more movement into my routine.

July 15: 247 (stayed the same) (-1)
July 15 weekly goal: Journal every nibble and get more movement into my routine!

July 22: 246
July 22 weekly goal: Keep up the exercise....food under control for now...!!! I'm due a good loss....hopeful for 7/29!

July 29: 249 (+3)
July 29 weekly goal: To get back down to under 246 before I leave town on Friday!

How I did: not as well as I'd have liked. Indulged in many sweets but I did eat healthy too.

July 8: 247
July 8 weekly goal: stay the course, eat healthy, lots of water with lemon, small amounts of food a few times a day, get exercise in as I can but not to over do it in this humidity.
How I did: I didn't. Totally lost focus and didn't really participate.

July 15:249
July 15 weekly goal: FOCUS, PARTICIPATE. How I did: much better and lost that 2 lb gain!

July 22:247
July 22 weekly goal: journal all food to make sure I am getting the nutrients I need. I slacked off a little in this and want to see the results daily.
