In this thread, list your 2011 Goals with the date you plan to achieve those goals!

Make sure your goal is measurable
Give your goal a date
Be specific
Be realistic
Give yourself checkpoints on longer goals
Here are some examples:

Goal 1: Lose 80 pounds by 12/31/11. Every three months, review the results and revise is necessary:
