I dunno if I made it. I forgot to weigh myself this morning, I was running a bit late. But, I had pizza last night, so I have a feeling I fell a little short. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and find out.

You cant be using kelly as an excuse you know what you have to do !!! Get that body moving !! Watch TBL twice if it helps :o)

I away this weekend so I think my next up date will actually be on st paddys day

If I hit this challenge it will be the second one I have achieved in 26 months. (ok i know not a good track record - progress not perfection !)

I, Cynthia, challenge myself to lose 9 pounds in the St. Patrick's Day Challenge. My starting weight is 229, my goal weight for this challenge is 220 and my current weight is 220!!!!. I have 0 pounds left to lose in the next two weeks of this challenge.

I finally met a goal - and a week early too!!! Let's just hope I can hold onto this loss. Kelly leaves to go outta town on a research trip Friday night at midnight & will be gone for 5 nights - I usually do NOT handle being alone very well.....let's hope this type of behavior has changed. I'm going to go shopping later in the week to really stock me up on healthy stuff that I love to endulge in while he's gone - mainly fruit for me..I could live off of fruit.
