3/01=Coach Nicole upper body with large stability ball
3/06=Dumbbells
3/08=Upper body workout on youtube.com, then a Coach Nicole /dumbbells
3/12=Kettle Bell beginner level
3/15=Lower Body Sculpting
3/16=7 sets of 10 with resistance bands
3/24=6 sets/resistance bands
