In January I started the year off at 146.58
I am currently 144.6 (Feb.01/19)
I want to be 135 on December 31,2019
I need to be down 0.80 a month,
Feb.01/19: 144.6
March 8/19 143.6 emoticon
April 5/19 146!!!!! emoticon Oh my!(salty food!
April 12/19 144.4 emoticon
June 15/19 144.4 holding on but will change once I an able to move more and build muscle again
June 29/19 148.2 !!! can not wait until I can get really moving
Aug 10/19 150 Have been able to do weights so building muscles Hope to go down soon!

Oh, you lightweights. LOL Had to throw that in. I would LOVE to have that few to lose. On the other hand, I have lost over 100 lbs to date. Forward and then back and forward again for a long time (2008). Haven't always been committed to the actions I need to take to lose weight.

See my doctor in two weeks. I'm going to run this 160lbs by her. This was my weight 25 years ago when I got married. My husband thought I was too thin. God bless him, but I want a weight target that's healthy for my age (64 in May), health conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) I may adjust my goal after that visit. 6/16/2019 Shoot. Forgot to ask my doctor about a target weight. See her again August or September. I'll have to make a note in my calendar.

I am currently 208.
I want to be 160 on December 31, 2019
I need to lose 4.4 lbs a month

02/01/2019 = 211
02/08/2019 = 208
03/29/2019 = 210 (up two, down two, up two....)
06/16/2019 = 207 (was down to 204...up and down - moving like a turtle)
06/27/2019 = 205. Almost back to lowest weight of 204.

Choose the weight you wish to be on December 31, 2019. Use the weight you are now and subtract desired weight. Divide the difference and decide how much you will need to lose each month. I think posting weekly on a day of your choice (as your weigh-in day) would be more accountable if serious about this challenge.

Using my weight of 147 to get to 140. I need to lose 7 lbs. With 11 months I will need to lose .6 lbs each month. I will need to lose 1/10 lb. weekly. emoticon
