I pledged 300 minutes for the week.

So far since Sunday I have done 255 minutes of cardio.

i don't know what my cardio goal/pledge is...it's very low, like around 20 mins because there are days that i can barely walk or move around. but lately i've been counting laundry and gardening as cardio, because when i'm able to do those tasks, i feel it. hard to guess the time tho', 'cuz i have to stop and rest often. but since i've been counting THAT, i'm reaching my goal! :-)

Yikes - 300 cardio minutes a week? I'm trying for 5 minutes a day, so that would be 35 a week. I'm just glad I got my 2 more days than last week in. (Last week was zero, this week 2.) I've been having a bit of a struggle making cardio a priority, so that's why I decided to start out with 5 minutes.

How is everyone doing on their cardio minutes. Time to pledge them for the week. How I do it is minutes per day x how many days you want to do it. So for me it's 60 minutes a day *6 days which is 360. If you're just starting out don't try for that just start with 15 or 20 minutes a day and work from there.
