there are a great many Type 2's that have morning high blood sugars. Long before I was put on insulin, I had that problem and you are right, it is a hard one to master. It takes time and experimentation....

Well I am not a Type 1 but I do have high blood sugars in the morning. Still working on the right snack at bedtime

There's nothing wrong with using the word "diet". It comes from the Greek word "diaita", meaning way of life. So to lose weight and keep it off we need to change our way of life.
