Daily goals-
- Log in everyday and get into the habit of registering food and water
- No food after 8:30pm, tea is ok
- To spend at least 30 minutes on homework. Long story short, I get very down on myself when I fall behind in my classwork because the rest of my life is so hectic and interferes with just doing it. And when that happens, I stress about getting nothing done and... I eat, whatever and whenever.
Weekly Goals-
- Lose 1 pound minimum a week
- The additional 500 minutes of workout time for the month from other goal charts which equals 125 minutes weekly.



2/12 2/13 So I have been crazy busy trying to do everything above as well as my own personal 2 week challenge stuff. I'm not really in this for the points but I wanted to support everyone else by participating.

So as of this date, I have logged in, registered my food and exercise everyday and drink 8 glasses of water minimum.

I have also cut my coffee intake to 2 cups a day. Which is a more manageable level than my old nearly a pot some days... just because it was there.

I have maintained my minimum exercise activity level for the week with just my normal everyday activity. I have also started a new activity challenge to purposefully add more activity in.

I have been watching documentaries like Cowspiracy, Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead 1 and 2, and reading books like Sweet Poison by David Gillespie. So now I am gearing up to kick start my dietary changes with a detox for week 3 of February.

I have also managed to maintain my homework level and think I will be able to turn in the rest of my class work on my course that is finished (I had an extension due to family stresses over the holidays). That will be a huge weight off my shoulders so I can turn my focus on my current class.

I have even managed to complete 3 home projects that have been lying around for a while waiting for me to find the time to complete them. And completing them have made me happy, therefore taking some stress off my shoulders.

So all in all going into week 3 of February, I feel like I have given a good go on all my goals and have accomplished a lot. And I have done it in a way that I really feel will last. I am creating good habits to aid that.

YOU will choose your goals! You choose 3 goals you want to achieve every day and a weekly goal. Daily goals can be things like getting your water in, meeting your nutrition goals, not drinking soda, etc. You decide and if you hit your goal on a particular day, get one point for each of the 3 goals. You can also set a weekly goal like losing a pound this week, not giving in to a bad habit, etc.
