My daily goals are to track food daily, exercise 6 days a week (start week one with at least 10 minutes a day of exercise, 20 minutes week 2, and 30 minutes by week 3 and 4) also to substitute water for sweet tea or pepsi every day! Instead of typing all the dates I will do it as I go!

YOU will choose your goals! You choose 3 goals you want to achieve every day and a weekly goal. Daily goals can be things like getting your water in, meeting your nutrition goals, not drinking soda, etc. You decide and if you hit your goal on a particular day, get one point for each of the 3 goals. You can also set a weekly goal like losing a pound this week, not giving in to a bad habit, etc.
