We're mixing up the challenge this month. YOU will choose your goals! You choose 3 goals you want to achieve every day and a weekly goal. Daily goals can be things like getting your water in, meeting your nutrition goals, not drinking soda, etc. You decide and if you hit your goal on a particular day, get one point for each of the 3 goals. You can also set a weekly goal like losing a pound this week, not giving in to a bad habit, etc.
