sorry i missed this challenge but i will try it on Monday. I was on a down day on Friday since i walked in a 9 mile walk for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in October.

Wow, I did this Sat. morning because my schedule is always off with everyone else's it seems but this one was easier for someone like me is not very coordinated. Loved it, thanks for sharing the challenge!!!

Today will be the first time that I try this challenge, and I am looking forward to it! When I get home after work I will complete the workout with my other planned exercises, and I will come back to post my challenges/achievements during the video. I am looking forward to it!!!

aerobics I could do.. wow.. my knees have only been letting me do strength and I've pushed for 10 minutes on elliptical trainer... I was breathing and although I don't have the rhythm to keep up without every move I could march and move my arms for the whole workout.. I even shared it on facebook for my FB friends..
You are an inspiration and helping me better myself in baby steps.. thanks so much, I'm gonna share with my arthritis team so they can try it too.

Just start anywhere.

Today's challenge is "Chair Aerobics Workout with Paul Eugene". It is a youtube video...FANTASTIC ENTHUSIASM!!! The workout is only 7 minutes long...we can all do 7 minutes! Right!!?? If you want to do it several times throughout the day... GO FOR IT!!!
