I completed 50 on each side and I feel great! I am glad to have these challenges everyday so I can switch up what I do everyday! This really helps me to keep motivated.

Was able to do these! Yahoo! I know it might be a small thing to be excited about but I've been having a horrible time making myself get to moving and sit while I work all day so these felt so good. Thank you!

Tuesday is here!!! Have I got a great challenge for you today!!!!

Knee Cross Crunch

Stand with your shoulders in line with your hips, and extend your right arm up and your left leg to the side, toes pointed. Next, lower your right elbow and raise your left knee, crunching them together on a diagonal line. Return to start.

Today's challenge is to do 50 on each side throughout the day! You can just about do these anywhere!!! They do not alternate...for example, you complete 10 on your right side, then 10 on your left side! These are so much more fun than regular crunches!!!
