Yeah first daily challenge completed!

The bottom half of her body was still but when I did it my lower body moved around, lol. Hopefully I will get better with practice.

I did it. I am going to do these workouts everyday. I have just been an observer for so long. I am going to connect with my teams and try to lose this weight once and for all. I have been with spark people for 2 years and have only gained weight because I did not believe in myself. Time to start believing.... emoticon

I did it! I used a chair to keep from falling over while doing the leg circles, haha! My Wii fit tells me I am "unbalanced", so true. These are fun. I will do them again.
