Surpassed my June goal by 257 minutes, though I set it kind of low just coming off of an injury. For July, I'm going to take my number of minutes from June and try to add an average of 5 minutes a day so my July goal is 1200 cardio minutes.

July goal was 960 minutes: Today (30Jul) I hit 1715 - Looks like I will have to up the minutes next month as a challenge to keep this up!!

1st - I did 60 minutes of a local bootcamp workout
2nd - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today
3rd - I spent 120 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up
4th - 60 minute Zumba DVD
5th - 60 minute Walk Off the Pounds 5-mile DVD
6th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
7th - 0
8th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
9th - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today then went to work and took the 6 flights of stairs up and back down when I left.
10th - I spent 130 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up

3 - visited dad @ the veteran's hospital 5 hours driving + 5 hours visit

I'm aiming for 500 minutes this month. I have trouble getting it done, partly because of my own procrastination, and partly because of my work shift. I also need to work on a way to get a workout in on the days I work. 12 hour night shifts make it hard.

joining late this month BUT every little bit helps :). i am going to challenge myself to either ride 1/2 hour per day or walk for 1/2 an hour. Both on weekends unless it is raining out side. then walking for 1 hour and doing 4 sets of stairs in my apartment (up and down four floors per set)

I didn't make my June commitment so I"m going to re-commit to 30 minutes a day for a total of 930 minutes with the added caveat that I will not take off/miss more than 1 day in a row. I'm getting a late start since I was away for the holiday weekend but a few swim sessions will take care of that. So, 930 minutes for the month.

My goal was 960 minutes for the month: Today (16Jul) I hit 1045 - Looks like I will have to up the minutes next month if I can keep it up!! I will keep posting to see what I end up with this month. I have found it much easier to keep working out by doing it before work in the morning

1st - I did 60 minutes of a local bootcamp workout
2nd - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today
3rd - I spent 120 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up
4th - 60 minute Zumba DVD
5th - 60 minute Walk Off the Pounds 5-mile DVD
6th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
7th - 0
8th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
9th - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today then went to work and took the 6 flights of stairs up and back down when I left.
10th - I spent 130 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up

This and the water challenge jump started me before and I need it again LOL! I am currently NOT exercising (wonder why I gained 12# LOL) so I am shooting for 15 minutes per day!

Surpassed my June goal by 257 minutes, though I set it kind of low just coming off of an injury. For July, I'm going to take my number of minutes from June and try to add an average of 5 minutes a day so my July goal is 1200 cardio minutes.

I didn't make my June commitment so I"m going to re-commit to 30 minutes a day for a total of 930 minutes with the added caveat that I will not take off/miss more than 1 day in a row. I'm getting a late start since I was away for the holiday weekend but a few swim sessions will take care of that. So, 930 minutes for the month.

4. 47 minutes - walking on track
5. 35 minutes walking track, 5 minutes strength exercises, ttl 40 TTL 87, 843 to go

My goal is 960 minutes for the month: So far I have hit 790 - Looks like I will have to up the minutes next month if I can keep it up!!

1st - I did 60 minutes of a local bootcamp workout
2nd - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today
3rd - I spent 120 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up
4th - 60 minute Zumba DVD
5th - 60 minute Walk Off the Pounds 5-mile DVD
6th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
7th - 0
8th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
9th - I took a 60 minute Zumba class today then went to work and took the 6 flights of stairs up and back down when I left.
10th - I spent 130 minutes cutting grass, edging, trimming bushes and cleaning up
11th - 60 minute local bootcamp workout
12th - 60 minute Walk Off the Pounds 5-mile DVD
