It was fun and had a lot of energy...but I am terribly uncorridinated. This would be a great challenge for a week and see how well you can get it down if you do it every day. I think I'll try that. Now I know why my Mom took me out of dance school. Thanks for the video, it made me laugh. emoticon

I would love it if it was online earlier... I get the mail when I get to the office... I'm out of here by 6:30. But that is ok I do the ones that can be done at work. thanks momo it really is fun to have those challenges

Yes with much patience I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Wow I loved this video exercise. It gives you energy. I wish I could wake up earlier in the morning and do this before getting ready for work. I loved it. Thanks

Only have computer access at work, & can't sneak this in!! I'll try to remember to check it out some day when I'm alone in the office. I'm with Grandefille, I like the exercises we can do at the office! I didn't get yesterdays in either. Started it barefoot (wasn't going to wear my work shoes!) & it wasn't comfortable.

Thanks for your energy & enthusiasm momof6boys (you sure don't look like a mom of 6!)!! Love the daily challenge idea!!

I tried this but have difficulty bouncing around so quickly as I have weak ankles,the fact is at least I tried and as I see it I did my best,I also did 30 minutes aerobics. emoticon

Too bad you are not up when I get up! lol I could havedone it this morning... Will try it tonight can't do that kind of exercises in the office. In te mean time I'll find another exercise to do 100 times in the office for today...

Today's challenge is "Hi Lo Aerobics Part 2 with Paul Eugene". It is a youtube video...FANTASTIC ENTHUSIASM!!! The workout is only 10 minutes long...we can all do 10 minutes! Right!!?? If you want to do it several times throughout the day... GO FOR IT!!!
