The doctor has released me for exercise but he said to take it gradually and listen to my body. I'm going to have to go with a moderate goal so I've decided to average 30 minutes a day for the rest of the month beginning tomorrow. So 30 x 28 remaining days for a total of 840 minutes.

June 1: So far I have done 111 minutes today. But not done yet. Still have my walk to do.
June 2: 60 Walking on the nature trail with Kutko's Class.
June 3: 67 Working out to the Biggest Loser.
June 4: 75 Working out on the Biggest Loser and walking to the bowling lanes.
June 5: 60 Walking up to the Snocone stand and back.

I am going to set my goal for 700 cardiovascular workout minutes for june. Good luck everyone, you can do it.

7. I walked for 45 minutes today, I now have 605 minutes to go

11. I went on a 5-mile hike to Bridal Veil Falls, between 3 or 4 hours.which brings me down to 425 minutes..

15. I went for a 5.25 mile walk, I was out for about 110 minutes, which brings me down to 315 minutes left to meet my goal.
16. I swam laps for 40 minutes today, which brings my minutes down to 275 left to reach my goal. I went for a 40 minute walk, which brings it down to 235 minutes.

20. I walked for 77 minutes 4.1 miles, 158 minutes to go

I am new to the challenges and I have not been doing alot of exercise. I am going to start off the month with 500 minutes of exercise, any type. I already have 50 minutes, so I am on my way.

Up to 193 today (6/19). Started doing 20 minutes every weekday morning. Have to get some done on the weekends or I will never make it.

I'm starting late but need a kick in the a** to get me going!!
I AM going to do at least 30 minutes a day of cardio, so I'll say I WILL get 800 minutes in this month!!

The doctor has released me for exercise but he said to take it gradually and listen to my body. I'm going to have to go with a moderate goal so I've decided to average 30 minutes a day for the rest of the month beginning tomorrow. So 30 x 28 remaining days for a total of 840 minutes.

Hardest part is my best friend quit on me or atleast seems to have. She wasn't committed to it and so I am back to motivating myself and looking for ways to be motivated. Definitely behind goal on this but not giving up yet. This has been a good challenge for me, my first of many I hope.

I obtained 55% of my goal which looking from the outside is NOT good, but I was able or seem to have broken through this plateau I have been at so I have succeeded and will continue to take the challenge.

My goal is 1500 minutes for the month of June, Doesn't look like I will make with the way I am starting out but I know I can do it.!

Well I am finally getting on board and actually taking up one of these challenges...Yeah!

Just finished my last day of teaching for the school year, so I'm going to give this my all. I am going to try 60 minutes per day (1800 minutes) for the month.
June 1 - 75 minutes
June 2 - 80 minutes
June 3 - 86 minutes
June 4 - 40 minutes
June 5 - 75 minutes
June 5 - 60 minutes
