I have not done one of these challenges in over a week and it took me longer than Monday to do this one but I did it. 75 yesterday and 25 this morning as soon as I woke up! I am getting back on track....

I just finished mine - I had to do them in sets of ten. I felt it more in my thighs than in my stomach. Maybe next time. It is a good exercise to do while sitting at a desk - I liked that.

I would think as long as you feel it working "somewhere", it's ok - keep up the good work! I definitely felt it more in my inner thigh muscles than my core muscles...but let's see where we feel it tomorrow emoticon

am doing these in sets of 4... thanks for making sure i keep on my toes-- ha-- after i have set my toes on the floor when done with a set. remembering to breathe properly from the abdomen helps.

released 6.6 lbs since friday...

I found this one awkward and hard to do (large behind)...I feel it more in my hips and quads not the core...I will try to focus more.

so far today i have done 2 sets of 10 of the knee lifts and when i weighed yesterday i have lost 10 pounds from just doing all these exercises and eating right will continue to do more of the knee lifts as the day goes on will post how many more i do emoticon

Sit on edge of chair, knees bent, feet flat. Grasp sides of chair, lean back slightly.

*EXHALE: Pull knees toward chest as you crunch upper body forward using abs, not arms.
*INHALE: Lower feet almost to floor, but don't let them touch until the end of the set.

Challenge Yourself to do 100 in sets of 20-25 broken down during your day.
