Thanks for sharing this one! I'm so excited to have found this. Even with my right knee immobilized I am able to follow along. I liked it so much I researched more chair aerobics. Can't wait to start using them!!

Wow! This was amazing. I was able to do this at work, and I enjoyed it so much I went on to the Dance Dance (Warmup). What a great way to get in some cardio!!

I love this guy. I use a couple of his 30 minute sessions for longer workouts. I did it twice by the way. Want to do it one or two more times after lunch.

In youtube, you can add video's to your favorites. You have to open an account. No charge. I have saved Tae Bo workouts, and other workouts that I liked.

Today's challenge is "Chair Aerobics Workout with Paul Eugene". It is a youtube video...FANTASTIC ENTHUSIASM!!! The workout is only 7 minutes long...we can all do 7 minutes! Right!!?? If you want to do it several times throughout the day... GO FOR IT!!!
