I did 80 yesterday and the last 20 today. I don't have good balance with these either so i hold the wall or counter when doing them. Better to avoid injury!

BTW... we are Steelers fans too! Go Steelers!

emoticon Okay, so here's the deal. I got 60 in but my balance is so bad that I have pulled a muscle in my neck and along my shoulder blade. With that said, I switched to standing cross knee crunches and did 100 of those instead. emoticon

Did my cardio workout all ready this morning, but will definitely do these tomorrow for my cardio...I have been really struggling with the Abs and obliques, so this will really help...Thank you.

Challenge Yourself to do 100 in reps of 10 or 20 on each side) spaced out during your day. Make it Visual. Get your paper out, make 10 10's or 5 20's and mark each one out as done. Powerful, yet simple, motivation!!!

Standing Side Crunch
Targets obliques, glutes

•Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, abs engaged and knees slightly bent.
•Lift your right leg, bending knee 90 degrees and turning thigh out to side.
•Place both hands behind your head and crunch your right elbow to right knee 15 times.
•Switch legs and repeat.

Let's finish this week with some great work on our abs and obliques!!! You can do it!
