I did two sets of 25, for a total of 50. Hmmm much better than the crunches. I like this exercise, I will definitely keep it in my repetoire.

I am so happy my daughter-n-law has come to stay for a few months. She and I are working out together which motivates us both. Of course, she is a little tiny thing, but does need to tone up sooo she is doing the daily challenges with me as well.

Got all 100 done this morning during my workout emoticon it was not easy, but did 25 in between my sets of strength training so that there was a little break in between. My body is really feeling the burn today, but I feel great.

Looking forward to another GREAT day!!! I hope your week has been great!

Today's challenge will be SIDE LUNGES with WINDMILL ARMS!!!

Here's a link on how to do them with proper form! Your challenge today is to complete 100 of these throughout the day...in any increments you want...as long as you do 100! You can even do these at work...in the kitchen...in the bathroom...anywhere!

emoticon Stand with legs wide, arms straight out to the sides and parallel to the floor. Bend the right knee into a side lunge and bring the left arm down towards the foot. Come back up, rotating the arms, and lunge to the left, bringing the right arm down towards the foot. Continue lunging side to side (your arms will move like a windmill). The faster you go and the lower you lunge, the harder it is.
