I didnt get a chance to do this one yesterday so did this one today because the one for today didnt work because no place to place hands cause legs covered chair...will not let that discourage me

I did it! And I felt it too! My balance needs work. But I knew that already because my Wii game told me so! LOL Thanks for a fun challenge. Looking forward to the next one!

I did it!! It was a super challenge today. May have been easier if the boot camp work out hadn't been lower body too. Also did the 15 minute desk workout earlier today which has a lot of squats and lunges. Really need to work on my balance though. I suspect I am really going to feel today's workout!

I've been on Spark for about 6 weeks and I have been doing my own 9 week fitness program, but I felt ready finally to take on a little extra so I took on todays challenge and I have to say those 6 short minutes were great!

AWESOME!!!! Even works well for Cardio because it does help you burn calories...may only be 106 calories burned, but every little bit helps...

Vanillagirl507.....I'm brand new to this site, and I'm loving it already. I just want you to know that you CAN do anything you put your mind to. If you are finding it difficult to do the exercise at the same rate as the video, just do what you can. It will be better than thinking you can't, and not doing anything. We can do this togeather!!

Don't give up, you CAN do this! If today you can do 5 minutes, maybe tomorrow you will be able to do 7 minutes. Don't expect to be able to do what anyone else does...start at your own pace. I get tired walking up the stairs in my own house, but I am bound and determined to make little advances daily and I know you can do it too. I am so very, very sorry about the loss of your mother.

I dont know if i can do this!! im 276 lbs and im 5ft 2in i have diabetes and high cholesterol and hbp i feel as if im dying slowly and when i try to exercise i get so tired after about a minute.I am so scared my mom was overweight and she dies of a heart attack on november 18th...please help me!!
