Since I am able to go back to exercising I will try to do 100 of these throughout the day. I will take it slow since I haven't been exercisind due to a back injury. I will post later what I actually was able to do. Glad to be back!!

Today is Monday....and WELCOME to a new week!!! Let's set out and make this week BETTER than last week :) emoticon

Today's challenge is Knee Cross Crunch - Work Your Core Standing Up
Try this straight up abs workout for a flat belly

*Stand with your shoulders in line with your hips, and extend your right arm up and your left leg to the side, toes pointed. Next, lower your right elbow and raise your left knee, crunching them together on a diagonal line. Return to start. 10 on each side - non-alternating.

emoticon My challenge to you today is to do 10 sets of 10 throughout the day! That would be a total of 100!!! You can do them in 10 sets of 10...4 sets of 25...2 sets of 50....whatever way you like, as long as you do 100!!! emoticon
